House Rules
All players must be at least 18 years of age to join Rebatewager.
Any false or misleading information provided on the Rebatewager application will
result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Rebatewager does not accept wagers from any gambling syndicate or anyone placing
wagers on behalf of a gambling syndicate.
Players may only have one account number per IP address. Use of multiple accounts
per IP address may result in the forfeiture of all funds.
Players are responsible for all account information, and should keep all account
information confidential.
Rebatewager will not be held liable on claims regarding unauthorized account use.
The personal identity and details of all players will remain confidential.
All wagers once accepted by Rebatewager are final. No cancellations or changes.
All wagers placed on events with obvious erroneous line, resulting from human or
software error, will be graded as no action.
Rebatewager reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Use of multiple accounts
to circumvent online limits is prohibited.
Players are responsible for checking and reviewing all sports and horse wagers.
No Internet claims will be accepted without a ticket number.
Rebatewager reserves the right to correct grading errors at any time. Incorrect
payouts due to grading/software error are subject to cancellation/forfeiture.
Rebatewager reserves the right to suspend any account in order to investigate fraudulent
or suspicious activity.
In the event that an account is suspended, Rebatewager will initiate and conclude
an investigation within 48 hours.
You must make 2 wagers of equal or greater value prior to receiving your initial
rebate.
The Max wager for all new accounts is 50% of initial deposit not to exceed $500.00 or posted limits.
By placing wagers in the Sportsbook and Racebook, player indicates full acceptance
and understanding of all House Rules.
All rules, regulations and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision
by Rebatewager without prior written notice.
